- Consult with line management and provide daily HRguidance.
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.
-Resolve employee relations issues.
- Work closely with managementand employees to improve work relationships and increase productivityand retention.
- Identify training needs for teams andindividuals.
- Evaluate training programs.
- Suggest new HRstrategies. What are we looking for: - Proven workexperience as an HR business partner.
- Excellent people managementskills.
- Analytical and goal oriented.
- Demonstrableexperience with HR metrics.
- Full understanding of all HRfunctions and best practices.
- Experience within the IT Industryandas team coordinator will be an asset.
