About the role: We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist with a proven track record in cold calling and prospect outreach to join our clients team. As a crucial member of the sales department you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients to drive business growth and expand the firms market presence. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere providing an opportunity to make a significant impact in the real estate industry while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment. What youll do: Utilize your expertise in cold calling to identify and qualify potential leads within the commercial real estate sector.
Engage with prospects via phone calls to introduce the firms services and establish rapport.
Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and pain points tailoring outreach strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and track progress using CRM software.
Continuously evaluate and refine lead generation strategies to optimize results and meet performance targets.

While the primary objective of the role is to qualify and engage with prospects there will also be a research component of the job. This will include identifying specific owners and contact information. Required skills and experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation with a focus on cold calling and prospect outreach within the real estate industry.
Proven track record of success in generating highquality leads and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to problemsolving and achieving objectives.

Advanced level of English.

Strong internet research skills
