Senior ProductDesigner at BairesDev We are looking for an outstanding SeniorProduct Designer to join our Research & Development Team (R&D). Thisprofessional will be part of a highly collaborative multidisciplinaryteam responsible for creating the experience of internal and externalproducts. We are seeking a creative problem solver with expertise indesigning flows, prototypes, experiences, and interfaces that providea seamless experience to multiple audiences. What You WillDo: - Work closely with the Product Manager and Product Owner,as well as with developers and designers, aligning customer needs andbusiness goals, from the discovery of product specs up to thedeliverables.
- Define design requirements based on briefings frominternal teams and stakeholders.
- Own the product developmentlifecycle and UX design process.
- Present and effectivelycommunicate how the flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces workand will help achieve company objectives.
- Be responsible forusability tests with the internal team and end-users, gatheringinformation, and creating a plan to evolve the product.
- MasterHCI usability and accessibility.
- Participate in the company’sdesign system development.
- Combine data-driven and user-centricmethodologies for better results.
- Collaborate with productowners, developers, and designers to translate business goals into aunique brand and product experiences.
- Be a part of all phases ofthe project lifecycle including requirements gathering, user analysis,wireframes, flows, testing, implementation, and results analysis.
-Keep up with and educate the team about new or changing web and appcreative trends and technologies. Here’s what we are lookingfor: - 5+ years of experience as a product designer.
-Knowledge of Apple, Google, and responsive design guidelines.
- Agreat team player, experienced in working with agile teams.
-Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data forthe best possible outcome.
- Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, AdobeFamily, and prototype tools.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Officeproducts: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
