Frequent travel is required to sell and presentHagerty products to agents, and attend local marketing activities suchas car shows, club activities and individual relationshipbuilding. - Create strategy, development plans, andcollaboration with marketing, virtual sales teams, product managers,national partner teams, and appropriate regional field team members todrive sales results in the specified territory and region.
- MarketHagerty products to insurance brokers, regional automotiveinfluencers, direct clients, and commercial facilities.
- Attendstate specific insurance organization events.
- Execute businessplans for large agencies and networks.
- Through a number ofchannels, including product marketing, awareness campaigns, andinfluencer networking, establish and grow Hagerty’s membershipplatform and the Hagerty Drivers Club product.
- Represent andrelay Hagerty’s vision for Saving Driving and Enjoying The Ride to thehobby and our partners.
- Build local, regional, and state-wideawareness through targeted campaigns, direct events, clubpresentations, and through the creation of an influencer network.
-Identify, contact and attend car show events, clubs, organizations,and large collections within assigned region.
- Coordinate anddeliver formal presentations to organizations and groups.
- Createnetwork of ambassadors in territory.
- Coordinate and communicatemarketing plan with regional priorities, growth strategy and reviewperformance data on a territory, state, and regional level.
-Provide proactive training on Hagerty systems and processes to agentsselling Hagerty products.
- Collect and utilize already owned dataand reports to devise sales and marketing plans specific to theterritory.
- Determine and educate regional and national teams oncompetitor products and marketing campaigns within theterritory. This might describe you
- Have ability andenthusiasm to network and relationship build within the collector andexotic car industry.
- Demonstrate and excel in a consultativeselling approach.
- Thrive in a fast and flexible team environmentwhere cumulative efforts are the priority.
- Associate degree inbusiness or related field.
- Experience with coordination ormanagement of projects.
- Personal Lines Insurance License.
-Minimum of two years of outside sales experience.
- Proficient userof MS Office products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Valid Driver’sLicense and good standing driving record. Other things tonote
- This position will be worked from a remote home office aswell as require road time to visit agents and brokers in the greaterTampa, Florida area.
- Familiarity with public companyrequirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, ifapplicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing,executing, and documenting internal controls where they have beenidentified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting,processes, and business operations. Including attestation to thecompleteness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reportingdata, where applicable.
