Job Overview: We are scouting for an astute Digital Marketing Director. This pivotal role requires leading our digital marketing endeavors, shaping strategies for company websites, and managing an international marketing team of experts. As a flag bearer of our digital vision, you will play an instrumental role in enhancing our brand presence, fostering lead generation, and consolidating our market position in the digital realm. Key Responsibilities: Strategically manage, update, and optimize content across company websites, ensuring brand consistency and SEO maximization. Lead, mentor, and drive a diverse international marketing team , fostering collaboration and high performance. Design, execute, and refine a robust digital marketing strategy across all platforms and channels. Analyze data to discern digital marketing trends and insights, seizing opportunities and navigating challenges. Develop and finetune PPC, SEO, and SEM campaigns to maximize online visibility. Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to synchronize digital strategies, enhancing lead generation and conversion metrics. Oversee EDDY Pump's social media presence, cultivating strategies to augment engagement and expand our digital footprint. Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget, aiming for the highest ROI. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree will offer an added advantage. 7-10 years of rich digital marketing experience, with at least four years in a leadership capacity, preferably handling multiple websites. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO platforms, and relevant digital marketing tools. In-depth understanding of varied online marketing channels, strategies, and dynamics.
