Drive The Future The internship program participants will join the J.P. Morgan team in Colombia and will receive several trainings & coaching to develop professional skills while experiencing our inclusive culture led by our principles: Service, Hearth, Curiosity, Courage and Excellence.   We are looking for students who  are eager  to  learn, proactive,  creative,  curious and  self-initiated. This is a full-time intern role, that has a duration from a mi of 6 month to a max of 18 month, and is our main talent pipeline for analyst roles. In this opportunity, the Corporate Sales team , is looking for a new intern.  In this team you will have the opportunity to play an integral role in developing cash management, liquidity & trade solutions for Corporates and Multinational clients. In this opportunity we are looking for:  Bachelor student:  Industrial Engineer, Business administration, Economics. Other related to Business.  Strong academic record. Completed studies of at least 90% of undergraduate’s curriculum. Fluent in English Proficient in MS Office (Excel is key) Proficient in Power Point ( Pitch Pro) / Canva. The candidate must have the ability to prepare presentation and decks to present strategy and results, among other items.  Skills:  Analytics:  excellent analytical skills to obtain data to be used in client analysis, reviewing revenue and profitability trends. High attention to detail. Strategic thinking:  ability to understand the strategic goals of the Treasury Services business and translate that into ways to portray results. Project management:  manage multiple projects simultaneously keeping them on track. Interpersonal skills:  excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently once project goals and objectives are explained. Demonstrate the ability to work across a large organization effectively executing projects. Communication:  exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, including ability to convey complex ideas simply to different audiences. What’s next?
