Our client a Telehealth startup specializing in menopause care for women over 40 is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator. What you’ll be doing by day 90 Ideating and creating engaging email marketing content, including planning, content creation, and execution via drag-and-drop tools Assisting CRM Manager with customer segmentation based on demographic, behavioral, and transactional data to deliver targeted and relevant messaging to different audience cohorts. Assisting CRM Manager with A/B testing and optimization experiments to improve email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated. Generating reports and campaign analyses to review and optimize. Requirements Experience as an Email Marketing Specialist/Coordinator or similar role in digital marketing. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, prioritizing continuous improvement and optimization. Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. Passionate about learning and making a difference in women’s health, and eager to explore marketing opportunities while contributing to the team. Excellent language and editing skills.
