The position 
As an Omnichannel Congress Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the global commercial congress experience. Reporting to the VP of the Customer Engagement and Experience team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and evolution of our global front-facing website Congress Hub. This includes designing insight-driven user experience, leading the backlog of new functionalities, and driving personalized customer journeys in strong collaboration with global brand teams and other content contributors in Novo Nordisk. 
Please note that this position requires on-site presence, which means that remote work is not possible.


Qualifications
To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have: 
• Relevant master’s degree (communication, digital, marketing)
• 5-8 years of proven strategic and hands-on experience with omnichannel strategy and planning, customer journey mapping, and omnichannel execution.
• Deep understanding of the digital engagement ecosystem and how different touchpoints (digital and face-2-face) play a role in the omnichannel customer experience.
• Solid experience in web development as well as strong understanding of and experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics and AEM.
• Strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset .
• Excellent digital project management and communication skills, including PowerPoint and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Resilience, proactivity, flexibility, and an innovative mindset.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English .
It is an advantage to have: 
• Experience from a global role .
• Background within the pharmaceutical industry .
On a personal level, you are a great team player and excel at stakeholder management as you will be working across a complex matrix organisation consisting of HQ, International Operations, North Americas, Regions, and Affiliates.


About the department
The Customer Engagement & Experience team comprises a highly engaged and skilled team of professionals, focused on driving business impact with through three functional Centres of Excellence: 1) Omnichannel & CX Excellence, 2) Digital Media Excellence, and 3) Omnichannel Congress Excellence.
