Job Description - UX Researcher Student Assistant Research & Development · Lynge, Copenhagen Region, Denmark · Hybrid

Are you interested in research and analysis of digital services, people and technology? We are looking for a student UX researcher - with great ethnographic and analytical abilities, who is enthusiastic about technology and the people who use it.

What we do
In our newly established research team within the Research and Development Department we promote user-centricity by designing and executing various research activities revolving around the end user, i.e. hearing aid wearers or hearing care professionals. We aspire to link the overlapping user journeys and reach meaningful insights that will add value to our future digital products, such as fitting software and mobile apps. We are the users’ advocates. By inviting our stakeholders to participate in our activities, we aim to democratize knowledge across WS Audiology.

What you will do
As a UX Research Student Assistant in WS Audiology, you will be a member of our Research and Development Department and be based in our Research team located in the WS Audiology headquarters in Lynge, Denmark. You’ll explore user behavior and motivation by conducting primary research, such as field studies, interviews, diary studies, participatory workshops, surveys, and log analysis.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in discovering problems and in ensuring that we are always on top of customer and consumer needs and are able to build the right solutions to solve the right problems.

Primary responsibilities
Your primary tasks include:
• Planning and conducting research activities
• Facilitating co-creation activities with hearing care professionals and hearing aid wearers
• Assisting with analysis and documentation
• End user recruitment and database management
• Ad hoc tasks

Requirements
You will work approximately 15 hours/week, spread over two days. We are very flexible during exam periods. We would like you to be studying a relevant education at AAU, DTU, ITU, KU or similar, and we would like you to be on the 4.-5. semester of your bachelor or the 1.-2. semester of your master. During your employment, we are open to discuss internship and thesis collaboration.

The headquarters of our company are located in Lynge, which is easy to reach by public transportation. With hybrid work, you can choose when and where you are most effective, our team members communicate and adapt to the team's needs and enjoy working together.
