Job Description:

Arla Foods is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Online Operations Associate to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, independent, and possess strong time management and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage all aspects of online operations, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping logistics. 2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes. 3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. 4. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive online sales. 5. Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online operations. 7. Support overall business objectives and contribute to the growth of the company.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce platforms. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Adaptable to a fast-paced and changing environment. 7. Experience in online retail operations is a plus but not required.
