The position
As Administrative Coordinator in Corporate Procurement, you will join the Business Support team and support with a wide range of administrative and coordinating tasks related to capability building, business support, meeting & events both nationally and globally. Some of your tasks will be:
Furthermore, you will be part of an administrative team of an Executive Assistant and a Personal assistant who you will be supporting with ad hoc tasks depending on business needs.
This position offers a great opportunity to take ownership of your tasks ensuring a structured, professional and scalable performance of coordination and administration within our area.
Qualifications

As a person you are reliable, structured, and service-minded. You are driven by a strong motivation to succeed with every task given and you enjoy close teamwork in a dynamic working environment. Lastly, you can keep an overview of various tasks and can adjust to new situations when necessary.

We are +180 employees in Denmark and India, and globally more than 600 people work in procurement throughout the organisation. Procurement is Novo Nordisk’s centre of excellence for category strategies, supplier agreements and purchasing processes. From a sustainability standpoint, we work directly with suppliers to address environmental impact and drive change to reach our ambitious 2030 goal of relying on all supply to be 100% based on renewable energy.
