JOB DESCRIPTION:

• This employee identifies key success factors for Labor crew.
• The employee provides leadership to the labor crew’s organizational structure and oversees the processes required to fully execute the requirements of services.
• The employee is responsible for the oversight of the execution of Labor services, quality, subcontractor performance, and man-hour cost.
• The employee evaluates Labor service execution for compliance to contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality, advising the project team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors on -to goscope.
• The employee oversees the coordination of 3rd party movements of equipment to the field and between facilities.
• The employee completes required transfer paperwork.
• The employee maintains the short range look-ahead plans and discusses all deviations with the service coordinator.
• The employee reviews and monitors cost and a man-hour requirement of the labor force and forwards it to the service coordinator.
• Requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position, including experience in planning and management.
