You are tasked with certifying that all orders conform to our strict quality requirements and will be instrumental in the discovery and introduction of improvements to our operational procedures. Here are some examples of key responsibilities during a typical day:

• Lead and supervise the Order Management team in Uppsala, providing clear direction and support to ensure quality work.
• Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Sales, Delivery, and Implementation teams to align processes and enhance cross-departmental cooperation.

Your typical day will involve hands-on management of daily operations, ensuring seamless order processing and addressing any issues that arise. You are tasked with locating potential for growth, formulating sturdy strategies and patterns, and assembling a harmonious and proficient team.

To do well in this role we think you have:

• Proven leadership experience, comfortable with developing a team and driving performance.
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, with an emphasis on clear and effective communication.
• Experience in the telecommunications sector and knowledge of its processes and systems are highly regarded.
• Ability to identify improvement areas and implement effective change management strategies.
