Job Description - Marketing Manager for the Nordics & Baltics

If you have a passion for pharmaceutical marketing and a drive to improve travel health, and access to vaccines, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You will become part of a lean and strong diverse Nordic commercial team championing both business growth and global health. You are based in Denmark, with the possibility of working remotely and report to our Country Director for the Nordics & Baltics.

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive uptake of our vaccines across the Nordics & Baltics
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle for our portfolio of vaccines, such as pre-launch activities, launch execution, and post-launch support, utilizing a digital-first omnichannel approach
  • Foster collaboration and drive results through working closely with our local and global internal teams in Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales to develop impactful marketing materials and digital content and ensure successful campaign execution
  • Utilize strong communication and relationship-building skills to achieve shared goals

  • Master's degree in sciences or business
  • Minimum 3 years of successful marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with a focus on vaccines
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and legal requirements
  • Proven budget management skills and experience working with agencies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English and at least one other Nordic language (written and spoken)
