Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

North Media is seeking a motivated and reliable Live Chat Representative to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers through live chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and promotions through live chat. 2. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and resolving any issues or complaints. 3. Engage with customers to build relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. 4. Utilize persuasive communication skills to upsell or cross-sell products to customers. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve customer service processes. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, upselling, and cross-selling.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online environment. 2. Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. 4. Ability to effectively manage customer relationships. 5. Proficiency in multitasking and problem-solving. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 7. Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems.
