SALES AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER - AARHUS STARTUP
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales and Customer Relations Manager to play a crucial role in our European takeover. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and nurture long-lasting partnerships with key B2B customers across Europe
- Provide exceptional service and support, offering the best advice and solutions to our valued partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and untapped markets
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
- Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues and exceeding expectations
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to drive continuous growth
YOUR PROFILE:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Experience with export and international trade
- Fluency in English, both oral and written, at a professional level
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
