How to contribute to our vision
Join our dynamic Equipment Product Management team and play a key role in managing the project portfolio across our offshore wind turbine platforms.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated student to gain hands-on experience and contribute to our vision of leading the change in renewable energy.

Location: Siemens Gamesa, Vejle

Hours: 15-25 hours per week (flexible schedule, remote work possible with occasional office visits)

Key Responsibilities:
As a student worker in Offshore Equipment Product Management, you will in the prioritized order focus on:

  • Communication & Marketing: Assist in developing and executing communication plans, and support marketing tasks within Equipment Product Management.
  • Workshop Planning: Plan and execute workshops focused on product strategy and cost reduction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market surveys and create monthly market benchmark reports on market trends and cross-industry developments.
  • Project Participation: Actively participate in projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency and collaborate with key stakeholders.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Support various ad-hoc and recurring tasks.
  • Learning Opportunities: Gain exciting insights into a global business and work across borders.

What You Need to Succeed:
We are looking for a passionate individual with a keen interest in renewable energy. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Educational Background: At least two semesters completed in a bachelor’s program or currently pursuing a master’s degree in business administration, Communication, Engineering, or a Combination.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills (Danish is a plus).
  • Personal Attributes: A self-driven, detail-oriented team player with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
