Have you already gained experience in one of the areas within People function and are eager to explore even more? Then we invite you to seize the opportunity as the intern / working student within the CPO Office.

The Office to Chief People & Culture Officer (CPO) oversees the People & Culture function and strategy, which lays the foundation for Allianz Technology’s success. As a valuable member of our Office team, you will collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders both within and outside of the function, while providing support in projects and contributing to day-to-day business operations.

On the top of learning about the modern People & Culture strategy, you will also gain insights into how one of the world’s largest insurance and financial services companies is organized and operates.

You will

  • Support the Office team (Head of Office, Personal and Executive Assistants) in a variety of operational tasks and strategic initiatives
  • Interact with various stakeholders and handle any incoming requests within the Office
  • Assist in development, execution, and follow-up of projects and deliverables with the senior leadership team
  • Analyze and identify trends to improve the cross-department collaboration, communication, and knowledge-sharing practices
  • Outline the project timelines and milestones, perform monitoring / follow-up activities by using Jira platform

What you will need to succeed

  • A highly self-driven sense of motivation, curiosity, and a can-do attitude
  • Outstanding social and networking skills, diligent work ethics, and strong intellectual competence
  • Comprehensive organizational skills and accurate attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German or any European language is preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
  • You are interested in an internship for 6 months / 1 year in full-time (38h/week) or – in a working student position – part-time (16-20h/week)

Nice to have’s

  • Previous working experience in HR / Project Management / Consulting in an international environment
  • A foundational understanding of Jira and Confluence platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and practices
  • Stay curious and updated on the industry and Allianz Group trends and best practices
