Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Operations Associate to join our team at Carlsberg Group in København, Denmark. As an Associate Level employee, you will play a key role in managing the online operations of our company. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and optimize online platforms to drive sales and customer engagement. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute online marketing campaigns. 3. Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions. 4. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure effective online operations. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of new online initiatives. 6. Provide support for customer service inquiries and issues related to online platforms. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online operations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. 4 years of experience in a similar role. 3. Motivated and resourceful with strong time management and planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online analytics tools.
