Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Thrane & Thrane is seeking an Online Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our online operations to ensure smooth and efficient functionality. This part-time role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online platform - Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify areas of improvement - Implement strategies to optimize online processes and enhance user experience - Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure timely delivery of services - Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation for reference - Research and stay updated on industry trends to make informed recommendations for enhancements

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online marketing tools - Confident and independent decision-making skills - Adaptability and critical thinking skills - Prior experience in online operations or e-commerce is preferred
