Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking an Online Operations Associate to join our team at Royal Unibrew in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, adaptable, and possess strong planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of our online platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online customer experience - Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in online operations - Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns - Provide customer support and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce operations

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in online operations or a related field - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
