Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Online Operations Associate to join our team at Velux in København, Capital. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, have a high attention to detail, and possess emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing day-to-day online operations tasks - Monitor and analyze website performance metrics - Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth functioning of online processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and updates - Provide support for customer inquiries and feedback - Assist with data entry and management tasks - Help with the creation and maintenance of online content - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online operations

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Basic understanding of online operations and e-commerce - Emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with team members and customers
