Job Description:

Søstrene Grene is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Operations Associate. This part-time entry-level position is located in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. The ideal candidate will be confident, independent, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist with the day-to-day operations of the online platform, including updating product listings and managing inventory levels - Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all online channels - Monitor website performance and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimization - Collaborate with the customer service team to address any online inquiries or issues - Assist with the fulfillment of online orders and shipping logistics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive online sales growth

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (but not required)
