Online Operations Associate

Visma e-conomic, a leading provider of cloud-based accounting software, is seeking a part-time Online Operations Associate to join our team in København, Denmark. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.

The ideal candidate for this role will be hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional online operations support. They will possess strong critical thinking and creativity skills to problem solve and optimize processes.

Responsibilities: - Manage daily online operations tasks, including monitoring online systems and applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of our online platforms - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational improvements - Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency - Analyze online performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization - Support customer inquiries related to online operations - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to drive continuous improvement

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in online operations or a related field - Strong understanding of online platforms and systems - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
