Operations Associate

Job Description:

Too Good To Go is looking for a passionate and resourceful Operations Associate to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden. As an Associate Level Operations Associate, you will be responsible for various operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our daily operations.

Responsibilities: - Coordinate with restaurants and food providers to ensure efficient pickup and delivery of surplus food - Track and manage inventory of surplus food items - Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to optimize processes - Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to operations - Provide support to the customer service team to address any operational issues or concerns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation - Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field - Passionate about reducing food waste and contributing to a sustainable future - Resourceful and able to think creatively to solve operational challenges - Critical thinking skills to analyze data and make informed decisions - Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues in a timely manner - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly
