Operations Associate

Biogen Idec is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Operations Associate in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow - Provide support to the operations team in executing strategic plans and initiatives - Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality services and exceed customer expectations - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement - Maintain accurate records and documentation of all operations activities - Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures - Support the operations team in various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 2+ years of experience in operations or a related field - Strong strategic planning and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
