Remote Operations Associate

Job Description: We are seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our team at TDC Group. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our remote team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Support the remote team in various operational tasks - Coordinate and plan team meetings and events - Assist in managing team schedules and deadlines - Provide leadership and guidance to team members - Help with onboarding new team members - Handle administrative tasks as needed - Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a remote work environment - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Resilient and energetic personality - Strong planning and leadership skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Proficient in using remote collaboration tools - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
