Operations Associate

Job Description:

Leo Pharma is seeking a passionate and resilient Operations Associate to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting various operational activities within the organization to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the planning and execution of day-to-day operational activities. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. 3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. 4. Assist in coordinating logistics for events, meetings, and other organizational activities. 5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities. 6. Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and provide timely solutions. 7. Support the implementation of new operational initiatives and projects. 8. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field. 2. Strong communication and cooperation skills. 3. Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement. 4. Resilient mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
