Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kamstrup, a leading provider of intelligent metering solutions, is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate to join our team in København, Capital, Denmark. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

As a Client Service Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining client records, tracking interactions, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.

In addition to client service duties, you will also be expected to collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals, participate in training sessions, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Independent and resourceful personality traits - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency with computer systems and software - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
