Customer Care Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Novo Nordisk is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Care Assistant to join our remote team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As a part-time associate-level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued clients. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Adhere to all company procedures and guidelines for customer care

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and reliable personality traits - Strong teamwork and cooperation skills - Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
