Job Description:
Nordic Bioscience is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to work remotely from København, Denmark. This position is at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, confident, and possess strong project management and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 2. Oversee a team of customer service representatives and ensure high-quality service delivery. 3. Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve the overall customer experience. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes. 6. Create and maintain customer service performance metrics and reports. 7. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure staff development. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in customer service management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
