Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

PreSeed Ventures, a dynamic venture capital firm based in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems preferred - Hardworking and confident with a positive attitude - Strategic planning and negotiation skills
