Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for an Online Client Service Officer to join our team at Lundbeck in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Handling client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for clients - Monitoring and analyzing client interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed - Assisting clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and other technical issues - Maintaining accurate client records and documentation

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and effectively - Critical thinking skills to analyze problems and come up with creative solutions - Reliable and independent work ethic with a strong attention to detail - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
