Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description: Vestas Wind Systems, a global leader in sustainable energy solutions, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and preferences. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Utilize strategic planning to identify opportunities for improving the customer service experience. 9. Work independently to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively. 10. Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and able to think creatively to solve customer problems. 2. Independent and able to work autonomously to achieve goals. 3. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. 4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
