Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Bang & Olufsen is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable professional to work from home. This entry-level position will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of relevant experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices - Follow up on outstanding payments - Reconcile customer accounts - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Research and resolve billing discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions - Communicate with customers to ensure timely payments - Prepare monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - 1 year of accounts receivable experience - Adaptable and independent personality traits - Strong persuasion and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
