Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Bavarian Nordic is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in København, DK. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is adaptable, reliable, and has strong people management and research skills. As a Client Relations Associate, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner - Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and business opportunities - Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client meetings and events - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and reviews - Assist with the development of marketing materials and client communications - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system - Continuously strive to improve client relations processes and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
