Job Description - Customer Care Specialist


Job Description:


Phase One is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will be resilient, resourceful, possess excellent critical thinking skills, and have strong communication abilities.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to provide appropriate solutions - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and adaptable to various customer situations - Resourceful in finding creative solutions to customer problems
