Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

FOSS Analytical is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in København, Denmark. This is a part-time position at an Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident, dedicated, creative, and possess strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FOSS Analytical products - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with sales support and order processing as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 4+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
