Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

Danfoss, a leading global technology company in energy-efficient solutions, is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join their team in København, Capital, Denmark. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is perfect for a dedicated and passionate individual with strong critical thinking and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat channels - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Research and troubleshoot technical problems to provide accurate solutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective support - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution - Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in customer support processes

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve effectively - Proficient in using various communication channels and customer support software - Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection - Dedicated and passionate about providing top-notch customer support
