Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:

PreSeed Ventures, a leading venture capital firm based in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK, is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This position is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer support or account management.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback on customer trends and preferences to help improve our products and services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Confident and resilient personality traits to handle challenging customer situations - Proven decision-making and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - A passion for technology and innovation
