Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Grundfos, a global leader in advanced pump solutions and water technology, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing excellent customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating to the appropriate department when necessary. 3. Handling order processing, tracking shipments, and assisting customers with product inquiries. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer service processes and procedures. 6. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Monitoring online reviews and feedback to address customer concerns and improve service quality.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and motivated personality traits to handle challenging situations and maintain a positive attitude. 2. Strong planning and analytical skills to prioritize tasks and problem-solve effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in an online environment. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and online communication tools. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours and willingness to adapt to a changing work schedule.
