Job Description - Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Jacobsen Plus is seeking a part-time Support Manager to work from home in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven and resilient, with strong presentation and project management skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide support to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and chat - Manage and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues as needed - Develop and implement support strategies to improve customer experience - Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - 5+ years of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working remotely is a plus
