Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Visma e-conomic is seeking a reliable and confident Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients in a remote work setting.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our software products. 3. Guide customers through product features and functionalities. 4. Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Proactively identify areas for improvement in our customer support processes. 7. Stay up to date on product updates and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. 4. Strong decision-making and planning skills. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. 7. Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
