Job Description:

Fortum is seeking a highly motivated and independent Operations Associate to join our team. This is a full-time remote work opportunity based in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Operations Associate at Fortum, you will play a key role in supporting various operational functions within the company.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of daily activities - Perform data analysis and provide insights to improve operational processes - Assist in the implementation of new systems and technologies - Monitor and report on key performance indicators - Support the coordination of projects and initiatives across different departments - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - 3 years of experience in operations or a related field - Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Energetic and proactive attitude towards work - Strong cooperation skills with the ability to work well with others - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis tools
