Operations Associate

Job Description: Curious AI is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in operations or a related field. The Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the coordination of daily operational activities - Manage internal communication platforms and ensure information is disseminated effectively - Support the onboarding of new team members - Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment - Assist in organizing company events and meetings - Help with project coordination and tracking - Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations - Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in operations or a similar role - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong teamwork and leadership skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
