Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

As a Remote Operations Associate at Vaisala, you will be responsible for supporting the operations team in various tasks related to remote monitoring and maintenance of our equipment and systems. Your primary duties will include monitoring performance data, analyzing trends, identifying issues, and working with the operations team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise. You will also be responsible for assisting with the coordination of equipment maintenance and repairs, as well as ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Monitor performance data and analyze trends to identify potential issues - Work with operations team to troubleshoot and resolve issues - Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs - Ensure smooth and efficient operation of all systems - Assist with tracking and reporting on key performance indicators - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures - Provide support to field technicians and remote users as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and hardworking attitude - Persuasion and critical thinking skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience with remote operations or monitoring systems is a plus
