Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Associate to join our team at Finnlines in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an Entry Level position, the Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting various operational activities within the company. This role is perfect for someone who has 1 year of experience and is looking to grow in the maritime industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the company, including coordinating schedules, managing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with regulations. 2. Work closely with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the organization. 3. Track and report on key performance indicators related to operations, helping to identify areas for improvement. 4. Communicate with various stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services. 5. Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance operational processes. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organization.

Requirements: 1. Confident and adaptable personality traits. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations. 3. Demonstrated leadership abilities and a willingness to take on new challenges. 4. 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
