Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Operations Associate to join our growing team at Oura Ring in Vantaa, Finland. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations department.

Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day operations tasks such as inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency - Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Support the operations team in meeting key performance indicators and operational goals - Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to operations activities - Handle any ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Energetic and dedicated individual with a passion for operations and process improvement - Strong teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
