Job Description:

As an Operations Associate at Ponsse, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of the company. This is a full-time remote position based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of resilience and dedication.

Responsibilities: - Assist in day-to-day operations, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth processes - Conduct research to support operational decision-making and strategic planning - Manage projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization - Support the logistics and supply chain functions of the company - Analyze data and provide insights to drive operational improvements - Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - At least 4 years of experience in operations or a similar role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Soft skills in research and project management
