Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Nightingale Health is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our remote team based in Espoo, Finland. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the operations team to assist in day-to-day administrative tasks - Conduct research and compile data to support operations initiatives - Help develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency - Assist in coordinating logistics for projects and events - Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure operational success - Support management with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - 3 years of experience in an operations or administrative role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong planning and adaptability soft skills
